We chat by phone about your house and your project. I can answer any questions you may have about getting organized or working with me.

We schedule a walk through of your home. In this meeting we discuss what will work best with your house, goals and budget.

I send you a customized proposal. Once you’re ready to book, you’ll sign our service agreement, place your deposit and we’ll get started!
CONSULTATIONS ARE ALWAYS COMPLIMENTARY
Our no-obligation 15 minute phone consultations allow Signature Organizing to discuss your organizing needs, determine next steps, and schedule your first onsite visit. Then we can get to work! Complete the contact form, or call 425.202.5702 to schedule.
Sessions begin at $100 per hour. All-inclusive packages are available for multiple sessions with incremental discounts based on the number of hours required to complete your project.
Single session $300
4 sessions $1,080 (save 10%)
8 sessions $2,040 (save 15%)
12 sessions $2,880 (save 20%)
16 sessions $3,600 (save 25%)
Organizing sessions are booked by the hour or in packages (3 hour minimum).
Packages must be utilized within 6 months of purchase.
All packages must be paid for in full to receive a discount and reserve your project date.
Projects 15 miles outside of Seattle/Eastside Metro area are subject to alternative pricing.

Q: What can I expect during an organizing session?
A: Each session starts with a brief consultation to understand your needs, goals, and the specific challenges in your space. From there, we’ll work together to sort, declutter, and organize. Our goal is to create a functional, beautiful space tailored to your lifestyle!
Q: How long does the process take?
A: It depends on the size and condition of the space, as well as your goals. Smaller areas, like a closet, may take just a few hours, while larger spaces, such as a kitchen or garage, could take multiple sessions. After an initial consultation, we can provide an estimate based on your project.
Q: Will I need to buy organizing supplies?
A: Not necessarily! We aim to use what you already have whenever possible. However, if you need additional containers or organizational tools, we can make suggestions or shop on your behalf to find items that fit your style and budget.
Q: Do I need to be present during the session?
A: It’s helpful if you’re present at least for the initial sorting and decision-making. After that, it’s up to you! Some clients prefer to be hands-on throughout, while others feel comfortable letting us take the lead.
Q: What if I feel embarrassed or overwhelmed by my space?
A: Don’t worry! We approach every project with compassion and respect. Our goal is to create a judgment-free environment where we can focus on solutions. Organizing is a team effort - teamwork makes the dream work! We’re here to make the process as comfortable as possible.
Q: How do I maintain the organization after the session?
A: We offer follow-up support and maintenance sessions so you never feel like you're on your own. Life is better when we’re together!
Q: How should I prepare before the session?
A: You don’t need to do any major preparation! It can be helpful to think about your goals for the space and gather any items you know you want to keep, but we will handle the rest.
Q: What if I change my mind about keeping certain items?
A: That’s completely normal! Deciding what to keep can be a process, and there’s no rush. We’ll work at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
Q: Do I have to get rid of everything?
A: Absolutely not! The goal of organizing is to create a space that works for you, not to force you to get rid of everything you love. Together, we’ll evaluate your belongings and decide what to keep, donate, or discard based on your needs and goals. It’s all about finding the right balance and ensuring that your space reflects your signature style and functionality.
Q: Do you offer virtual organizing sessions?
A: Yes! Virtual sessions are available if you prefer a remote option. We will guide you through the process via video, providing the same support and expertise to help you achieve your organizing goals.
